‘He guided us how to cast vote in BJP’s favour in RS’
Srinagar: PDP MLA from Zadibal, Abid Ansari Monday said that the former Member of Parliament, Tariq Hameed Karra has “no image to win” even the assembly seat on his own in the present situation.
“Karra emerged as winner in the parliament elections because he was the candidate of PDP. The current position of Karra states that he can’t even win the assembly polls on his own,” Ansari told KNS correspondent.
“Why the opposition including Karra are making hue and cry over BJP. Is BJP a bear. Will they eat? It is the habit of Karra to make such kind of statements even his ancestors has also done the same things in the past,” he added.
He said that he has seen a lot of people like Karra in the past. “It was Karra who facilitated us when we were supporting the BJP candidates for Rajya Sabha. He guided us how to cast ballot in their favour and other things,” Ansari said.
“If he had guts to contest the elections then he should have come in the field now,” he said.
