Hizb pays tribute to Budgam civilians
Srinagar: Hizb-ul-Mujahideen on Monday paid tributes to the civilians who were killed during the clashes in Budgam district on Sunday.
In an e-mailed statement to KNS, the Hizb spokesman, Saleem Hashmi said, “The pro-Indian political parties in the state Jammu and Kashmir should accept the reality and must stop becoming partner of India in killing the innocent people of Kashmir. In case, the pro-Indian political parties continue to support Indian in such atrocities then the history will not forgive them.”
According to the statement, this was stated in a Hizb Council meeting, which was presided by the Hizb chief, Syed Salah-ud-din.
The spokesman said, “On April 09, the civilian killings in Kashmir has exposed the terrible face of Indian democracy before everyone.”
Urging the people of Anantnag-Pulwama where the by-elections are schedule to be held on Apr 12 to boycott the election, Hizb said, “The people must boycott the elections to convey a message to the world community that the heirs of martyrs like Burhan Wani and others are still alive and can’t disrespect their sacrifices.” (KNS)
