World Powers should see Kashmir through Human prism: Waza
Anantnag : Senior Leader of Hurriyat (M) and Chairman Jammu and Kashmir People League Mukhtar Ahmad Waza today said the cycle of killing and death of our young old and children will continue and so will “grave violation of human rights” and the dehumanization of state agencies engaged in crushing peoples political movement unless good sense prevails upon those in charge, that the dispute has to be resolved and political aspirations of people of Kashmir engaged with.
In press statement issued to Press, Waza who was in Verinag area of south Kashmir today to pay homage to one Er Amir Bashir Khan who was martyred by Indian forces post Burhan uprising.
He said unless and until Kashmir issue is not resolved peace in south Asia would remain a farfetched dream. Waza while paying tributes to Er Amir said a nation who sacrifices their intellectual class for freedom can never be pushed to wall. Waza while expressing his solidarity with the bereaved family said blood of these young people can never go waste.
Expressing concern over the attack on nomadic herder families in Jammu province Mukhtar Ahmad Waza said instead of bringing the elements involved in attack to book, they are being shielded by authorities.
