RAMBAN, May 26: An awareness camp on Beti Bachao Beti Padhao was organized at Government Degree College Ramban by Tehsil Legal Services Committee (TLSC) under the chairmanship of CJM Yahaya Firdoous.
SSP Ramban Mohan Lal, Principal GDC, Chief Prosecuting Officer Ramban K.K Bandral President Bar Association Ramban, Advocates, large public, students also participated in this camp.
On the topic Chairman (TLSC) Yahaya Firdous said that Beti (Girl) is the ray of hope not only for the parents but two families and the nation as a whole. He stressed that each of us in the society has to pledge that every girl should be given the respect at the highest and teaching of the girl child should become aim of every persn.
While enlightening on the topic he said that the welfare of girls becomes way of paradise for every parent and thus, the society as a whole should stand by the slogan “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao”. He also quoted examples of various successful girls and women who achieved more than the others.
Chairman said that the girls are more capable as compared to other male members not only in education but in other fields.
