Six killed as vehicles collide on NH-24 in Delhi
New Delhi : At least six people were killed and three others injured when two vehicles collided on National Highway 24 in East Delhi in the wee hours today.
According to police sources, the incident occurred at 0300 hrs when a speedily-driven truck jumped off the divider and collided with another vehicle, killing five people on the spot.
The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital where one of the injured succumbed to his injuries.
The victims were on way back to Meerut after receiving their relatives at Airport who have come from Iran.
