Srinagar: A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) constable was injured in accidental firing in the frontier district of Kupwara, official sources said.
They said constable Ahup Hang Singh of 98 Battalion was injured when his service revolver went off accidentally at Joint Interrogation Centre (JIC), Kupwara yesterday.
However, he was immediately shifted to military hospital in Drugmulla for treatment where his condition is stated to be stable. (UNI)
