Meet Mukhtar Ali , Young Taekwondo Player from Tral
Tral : Mukhtar Ali Sheikh , a Taekwondo player from South Kashmirs Tral , conceived an idea of starting an academy to impart training in Tykando to local youth of Tral.
Even after playing national competitions in Taekwondo , Mukhtar is still waiting for someone from the government to encourage him and boost his morale.
One of the active and energetic Taekwondo player from Nahir Village of Tral while talking to Kashmir Age, said, that he is dire need of financial support but the fact of the matter is that there is none to help him to achieve his dreams.
Mukhtar has learnt TeakWondo from a very little age and is well experienced now.
“I have chosen Teakwondo as my sport at a very young age. It started by watching over bollywood movies and other relevant shows , I used to visit nearby sports ground to practice skills which made me strong enough ,” he said.
Now Mukhtar comes up with an idea to impart training in Taekwondo to the local youth of Tral , so that it may help them to maintain fitness and develop skills for better future.
The main motive behind starting this training centre is to help the local youth to understand the aspect of self-defence, which is the essence of Taekwondo.
While talking to this reporter , Mukhtar seeks support from the government, so that he could afford to impart the skills in all possible ways.
