Muzaffarnagar: Indian railways have admitted to their lapses and are taking tough action against its officials in connection with the Kalinga-Uktal Express derailment at Khatauli.
The route for rail traffic was opened midnight last night, 31 hours after the accident.
According to GRP sources, the train services on the Delhi-Saharanpur route was opened for normal traffic at 0038 hrs. (UNI)
