Rajnath says use of pellet guns gone down in Kashmir, asks SF not to use excess force
Srinagar, Sept 11 : Claiming that use of pellet guns has gone down during crowd control in Kashmir valley, Union Minister Rajnath Singh today asked security forces not to use disproportionate force while dealing with civilians.
Asserting that he will not let crises of credibility to happen, he said the biggest crisis of Indian politics is that there is a different between the words and deeds of the leaders.
“Whatever promises I have made, I will fulfill them.
Because I know the biggest crisis of Indian politics is that there is a different between the words and deeds of the leaders.
We have taken it as a challenge and will not let it happen,” Mr Singh told reporters during a press conference here while answering a question about his promise to stop or minimise the use of pellet guns during crowd control. (UNI)
