Normal life remains crippled in parts of south Kashmir’s Kulgam
Srinagar, Sept 12: Normal life remained crippled for the second successive day today in parts of south Kashmir district of Kulgam, where two Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) militants were killed in an encounter with security forces.
Even though there was no strike call given by any separatist group, shops and business establishments remained closed and traffic was off the road in Khudwani and adjoining area in Kulgam. (UNI)
