New Delhi, Sept 21: Several journalists’ organisations have strongly condemned the brutal murder of a young television journalist Santanu Bhowmik near Agartala in Tripura on Wednesday.
In a joint statement today, the Press Club of India, Indian Women’s Press Corps, Press Association, North-East Media Forum and the Federation of Press Clubs in India said Santanu Bhowmik, 27, faced murderous assault allegedly by the members of the Indigenous People’s Front of Tripura (IPFT). (UNI)
