Bharatpur, Sept 27: Nine people of a family were killed and half a dozen other devotees injured when an SUV run over them when they were going to pay obeisance to Goddess Kaila Devi near Kanchanpura village on the National Highway 11B in Dhaulpur district of Rajasthan on Wednesday.
All the victims were residents of Barabagh village of Badi area in Dhaulpur district and were going to offer a flag in the temple of Kaila Devi Mata of Karoli, police sources said.
According to the sources, four people died on the spot while five died during the treatment in a hospital.(UNI)
