SRINAGAR: A youth was injured in clashes that erupted after Friday prayers in Downtown Srinagar.
Reports said that youth staged protests after prayers in Nowhatta area of Srinagar after the congregational prayers.
They said that forces resorted to teargas shelling and pellet firing to break up the protests.
A youth hit by pellets was shifted to SMHS hospital in Srinagar for treatment.
