Demands proper accommodation to move employee
Srinagar: Hundreds of Non-Secretariat Move Employees hold protest demonstration in Jammu on Sunday accusing government of double standard in providing accommodation to move employees.
The State Chairman, All Department Clerical Staff Association K.A Diwani and State President Mr. Babu Hussain Malik highly lashed over State for stepmother treatment they are performing with the State Move Employees.
It is pertinent to mention here that state government has adversely failed to provide Residential Accommodation to the move employees at Jammu with the result they are facing hardships. The Employees from Kashmir and Ladakh move to Jammu along with their families and invest at Jammu but strange enough that they have been left on mercy of God for want of accommodation. Speaking on the occasion Non-Secretariat Move Employees President Ovais Wani stressed over the state government to fulfill the grievance of the Employees otherwise they are forced to come on roads with regard to their demands
The Non-Secretariat Move Employees assembled in the Press Club Jammu and formed a formal union to get the problems they are facing redressed the formation of the union is as under: Ovais Wani President, Nazir Ahmad Bhat Vice President, Tufail Ahmad General Secretary, Irshad Ali Secretary, Bilal Ahmad Publicity Secretary, Nazir Ahmad Khan Cashier, Tanveer Ahmad Dar Organizer.
