Srinagar, Nov 30: An encounter ensued between militants and security forces in the central Kashmir district of Badgam early Thursday morning, official source said.
They said that on a tip off about the presence of militants, security forces and Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir launched a joint search operation in a village in Charar-e-Sharief in Budgam district early this morning.
