New Delhi, Dec 4 : Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Monday visited the residence of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to seek his blessings before filing nomination for post of party President.
Mr Gandhi will file nomination for the post of the Congress president clearing decks for his much-awaited elevation to the top position in the party.
