NAREDCO pledges support to RERA
Thane : All India vice-president of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Rajan Bandelkar on Saturday said that the Council supported the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) as it was in the interest of both the developers and the customers.
Talking to UNI he said that RERA will ensure that the developers who indulge in irregularities will quit the market leaving room for the genuine ones.
He also pointed out that in Maharashtra, around 13,000 developers have registered themselves under RERA, the highest in any state in the country.
He also referred to the ongoing issues in Noida and said that the Council was making every effort along with the stake holders to resolve the issue amicably without losses to anyone.
This should happen soon he hoped.
