Kolhapur, Dec 13: Two people have been arrested on the charges of killing a teenage boy after fight over a game at Gandhi Maidan in Shivaji peth area of the city.
Police sources said that the victim was identified as Pranav alias Ganesh Subhash Bind (17).
While playing football at Gandhi Maidan, clash broke out between two groups on Tuesday night during which Pranav was attacked with a sharp-edged knife.
Critically injured Pranav was rushed the Chhatrapati Prama Raje Hospital where he succumbed during treatment.
The arrested youths were identified as Vaibhav Vinayak Raut (23), and Tushar alias Pintu Jaysing Rasale(23).
