New Delhi, Dec 13 : The Supreme Court on Wednesday said a five-judge constitution bench of it would hear the Aadhaar matter pertaining to the petitions seeking interim relief on Thursday.
The apex court’s five-judge constitution bench will hear the Aadhaar case on Thursday at 2pm.
Lawyer appearing for the petitioner, Shyam Divan, on Wednesday mentioned before the apex court’s three-judge bench, headed by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra, seeking the top court’s intervention for an urgent hearing seeking interim relief in the Aadhaar case.
