New Delhi, Dec 20 :Delhiites walked into another winter morning beginning with fog and mist on Wednesday with the minimum temperature settling at 9.6 degrees C, two notches above normal for the season.
At least 20 trains were delayed, two rescheduled while 15 cancelled due to low visibility in the early hours and other operational reasons.
The Sun came up amidst shallow fog, while the relative humidity was 88 per cent at 0830 hrs, the weatherman said. (UNI)
