Sopore, Dec 28 : Government Forces on early Thursday launched a cordon and search operation in Goripora village of Bomai village in Zainageer belt of north Kashmir’s Sopore.
According to officials, CASO was launched after the information of militant presence in the area. Searches were going on when last reports came from the area.
Reportedly, CASO was launched by Army’s 22 RR, Police’s Special Operations Group (SOG Sopore) and 179 bn of CRPF. (Kashmir Wire)
