Srinagar, Dec 28: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today turned to hindi asking Pakistan to “provide humane treatment and fair hearing to the former Indian Naval Officer Kulbhushan Jadhav captured by Pakistan allegedly for spying in that country.
In a hindi tweet, Mehbooba also expressed her “distraught with inappropriate behavior of Pakistan” with Jadhav’s wife and mother.
“पाकिस्तान को कुलभूषण जाधव को मानवीय उपचार और निष्पक्ष सुनवाई देनी चाहिए। जाधव की मां और पत्नी को पाकिस्तान में मिले अनुचित व्यवहार से मैं बहुत व्याकुल हूं। मानवता को हमेशा राजनीति से ऊपर रखना चाहिए।,” Mehbooba tweeted.
Translation
“Pakistan should provide humane treatment and fair hearing to Kulbhushan Jadhav. Jadhav’s mother and wife met in Pakistan I am very distraught with inappropriate behaviour. Humanity should always hold on to politics.”
