Mumbai, Jan 4 : Public Sector lender , UCO Bank has received an approval to issue equity shares on preferential basis to Government of India against capital contribution of Rs 1375 crore.
The board of directors at their meeting held on January 3, 2018, has approved for the same, bank said in afiling with BSE.
