DODA,JAN 12: Block Development officer Kastigarh,Doda Rishi Singh Rana died today in the winter capital city of the state with the family members saying he breathed his last due to heart attack.
He was 57 and resident of Doda .He is survived by his wife one son and daughter .ACD Doda Akhter Qazi expressed grief shock over the untimely demise of the BDO Kastigarh, Doda and expressed condolence over the family members of the deceased .
