Mumbai, Feb 02: IL&FS Transportation Networks said that theCommittee of Directors of the company on Feb 1, 2018 approved theallotment of,1,000 Secured Rated, Listed, Redeemable,Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs 10,00,000aggregating to Rs 100 crore on a private placement basis, company said in filing with BSE.
