Eminent Pak human rights activist Asma passes away
Islamabad, Feb 11: Renowned senior lawyer and eminent human rights activist Asma Jahangir passed away in Lahore on Sunday, the DawnNews reported. She was 66 and is survived by a son and two daughters. Jahangir was born in Lahore in January 1952.
The family told the DawnNews that she suffered cardiac arrest and was shifted to a hospital, where she passed away.
