The traders, under the banner of Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation (KTMF), tried to march towards the civil secretariat, which opened in Srinagar today. However police foiled the march and arrested several protesters.
The protesters raised slogans and held banners which read “Down with state terrorism”, “Stop genocide of Kashmiris” and “Stop innocent killings in the name of operation all-out”.
