Srinagar: A women died in a road mishap near Dastgeer Sahab shrine, Khaniyar Srinagar on Sunday.
An official said that a lady died in an accident who was hit by a running tipper bearing registration no. JKO1P 1824 near Dastgeer Sahab shrine, Khaniyar at 6:30 early morning on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Jawahira Banu wife of late Ghulam Nabi Khan resident of Khaniyar.
Police has registered a case under FIR No 0051 in the police station Khaniyar and the owner of vehicle was arrested and driver is still at large.
