‘A shadow of fear is hovering over the ground’
Srinagar, Jul 07 : Senior PDP leader and Chief Spokesperson Rafi Ahmad Mir while condemning civilian killings in Kulgam said that I am shocked beyond words to see this painful and unending cycle of violence.
Terming these civilian Killings as unfortunate, Mir said that a shadow of fear is hovering over the ground. It’s alarming and unfortunate to see these civilian killings. The security scenario is a matter of serious concern and underlines the political vacuum that has resulted in the alienation on the ground, especially among the youth. He expressed his heartfelt solidarity with the bereaved family.
