Srinagar: Two drivers were seriously injured in a road accident near Awantipora area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district late last evening, police said on Monday.
Traffic was also disturbed for some time due to accident on new bypass, witness told local media.
Giving details SHO Awantipora Nazir Ahmad told Kashmir Reader that the accident happened when a Kerosene oil Tanker and Truck collided with each other near Padgampora bridge.
He said that drivers of both the vehicles sustained injuries in the accident and were shifted to hospital.
The vehicles also sustained some damage in the accident.(Agencies)
