Srinagar: The State Vigilance Organisation (SVO) Monday raided the ARTI office Pulwama and the residential govt quarter of ARTO located at MLA Housing colony Pulwama in south Kashmir.
Earlier, the anti-corruption organization raided the Office of Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Shopian, Abdul Majid Bhat, who is also in- charge Pulwama ARTO bas well.
Official sources said that Vigilance recovered cash, jewellery and ownership documents of plots in Punjab and Chadoora (Budgam) and a vehicle during raids. Raids were also conducted some close relatives of Abdul Majid in Srinagar.(Agencies)
