Kashmir business fraternity to start pro-35A protests from tomorrow
Srinagar: The business fraternity of Kashmir Monday announced to start protests in support of article 35-A from Tuesday.
An umbrella of business fraternity in Kashmir including all sorts of traders today supported the JRL shutdown call for August 5 and 6.
“We will start protesting from tomorrow,” trader’s leader Mohammad Yasin Khan told reporters in Srinagar.
“We will defend the special status of the state with our blood,” Khan said.
The business fraternity appealed Supreme Court to of India to dismiss the PILs filed against the special status of J&K.
Pertinently, Supreme Court is hearing on petitions challenging Article 35A + of the Indian constitution on August 6. (Agencies)
