Quarry holders blocked the highway near Pantha Chowk, demand immediate revocation of the ban on stone quarrying activities in Athwajan and Pantha Chowk

Government had banned operations in the mines of Athwajan and Patha Chowk almost two years back but  due to political pressure to skip its implementation and were illegally continuing mining: an officer told
