Bandipora: A leopard cub was rescued today by the forest( Territorial) staff of Bandipora Forest Division.
As per report, a leopard cub had gone astray during the recent snowfall and was found in Malagam Rakh of Ajas Forest Range in Bandipora Forest Division. The forest staff rescued the cub from the locals and took due care of him. The Wildlife Department officials were informed and the cub is being handed over to concerned wildlife staff of the area. Local people have hailed the efforts of the forest department in rescuing the cub.
