Srinagar: 17.91 percent people turned out to exercise their franchise in the third phase of ongoing nine-phased Panchayat elections in northern Kashmir’s Baramulla on Saturday.
The voting began at 6 am in the morning and will conclude at 2 in the afternoon.
Authorities have made elaborate security arrangements to prevent any untoward incident.
