SMC commissioner inaugurates café
Srinagar: Café De Polo, which was inaugurated on Sunday by Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) amid hue rush of people who were welcome with savory side of the menu includes Chinese, Continental, Indian and the vast varieties of burgers and pizzas.
A new world class venue has been launched in Srinagar and to celebrate the launch guests were treated to a wide variety of seasonally inspired Dahi kabab, Italian figures, Mouthwatering Chinese veg and nog-veg starters, Dum biryani infused with spicy aroma and freshly brewed coffee beans. “It is a perfect opportunity to expand our reach, and to serve our community that is near and dear to our heart with a quality and hygienic food and wide variety of mouthwatering choices”, said the owners Sheikh Mukhtar and Jozie Habib. Among the team Chef Deepak, has cut his culinary chops at prestigious venues likes Maharaja, while Rajesh has received accolades from the Lazeez Pizza. Sunil has passion for locally sourced and in-house made ingredients.
