BHADERWAH: Municipal Committee Bhaderwah today file a written complaint to Police station Bhaderwah demanded registration of FIR against a daily wager of PHE department of Bhaderwah who allegedly used abusive language and trying to assault MCB sanitation and tax collection team who were performing official duty . According to Executive Officer Mohd Ashraf Zargar in the afternoon when MCB team was on way to checking of market and collection of tax one PHE daily wager Mohd Shabir Ganai of Havelli Mohalla of Bhaderwah and had been allegedly doing a private shop during official time in main Bhaderwah town without any reason used un parliamentary language to Municipal employees and also tried to assault them .He also threatened to employees of dire consequences in near future if they collect tax from any shopkeeper . Municipal Committee Bhaderwah authorities had also submitted a written complaint wide application no MC/B/17 /1336 -40 dated 30/03-2017 in the office of ASP Bhaderwah demanded strict action against the person who tried to create obstacle in the official duty of employees . MCB employees Union president Mohd Hussain also threatened of protest and demonstration if accused is not arrested as soon as possible.
