Jammu: Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti Sunday ‘on behalf of Kashmir Tour operators’ invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi to visit Kashmir.
Speaking at a public rally in Udhampur district after the PM inaugurated the Nashri-Chenani, tunnel, Mehbooba said, “Tour operators of Kashmir met me and asked to invite PM Modi to visit Kashmir to infuse confidence among tourists that Kashmir was a safe place to visit.”
Earlier, Modi inaugurated the Nashri-Chenani tunnel.
