BJP leaders utterances deposition of hatred, ill-will towards Kashmiri Muslims: JeI

Denounces these arrogant statements

Srinagar, Apr 22 (KNS): Jamaat-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir (JeI) on Saturday said that the vicious statements of BJP national general secretary Ram Madhav and a local leader Ram Prakash Ganga are depositions of hatred and ill-will towards the Kashmiri Muslims.
In a statement issued to KNS, Spokesperson JeI Advocate Zahid Ali said that the ideological group these people are associated with, is known for the division of their co-religionists on the basis of caste and considering themselves as the superior lot, never accepted the people from other castes as equal in status which is a basic right of every human being.
He said that the maltreatment of Shudras is a well-known historical fact. They consider Muslims as “Maleech” (unclean foreigners) and deserving to be beheaded. Keeping these facts in view, their statements are not surprising but those expecting anything fair from this group are really amazing.
JeI strongly denounces these arrogant statements which are encouraging the blatant human rights violations at the hands of Indian forces and appeals the Kashmiri leadership and people to be cautious against these evil designs.
Moreover, Jamaat-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir (JeI) while expressing its grave concern over the assault on Kashmiri students in UP and Rajasthan both ruled by BJP, calls them the mischief of the Hindu communal forces and appeals the international and local human rights institutions to take strong notice of this open aggression against Kashmiris and adopt effective measures to stop it.
