National Insurance Company refuses to compensate clients
‘At Jamkash Vehicle Leads, Company’s employees refuse to repair full damage done by winds last month’
Srinagar: The clients of National Insurance Company alleged the misbehavior by its employees deployed at Jamkash Vehicle Leads, in Srinagar outskirts.
The company after proper survey by its surveyor refused to compensate the damage done to vehicles due to massive winds last month. “Last month, massive winds damaged my house and personal car at Lal Nagar, Chanapora, Srinagar,” said a client, adding, being the client of National Insurance Company, a surveyor came and recorded the damage of my vehicle on the spot.
“I was asked to bring the damaged car bearing registration number JK01 R 5411 to Jamkash Vehicle Leads workshop located at Hyderpora Bypass,” a client said.
He said: “After waiting for more than a week to repair my damaged car, the employees of the National Insurance Company refused to repair it fully.”
He also said the employees including Aamin Sharif Rather and Basharat Ahmad also misbehaved with him.
