PDD Woes: Newly installed transformer became eye-opener for Power Department

Srinagar: The PDD  department has installed new transform in Ward No 4 Kharmohalla in Chandil Tangmarg few days before after residents hactic efforts paying from their own pockets to construct platform for it .

But  irony is that the Department had failed to provide wire and poles to  restored electricity to this  northern Kashmir’s village of Baramulla district .

Though the residents themselves were working to restore the electricity but unavailability of Poles and Wire had disappointed these efforts.

Residents allaged that For the past many days, people of  area have tried hard to reach out PDD official as the PDD was not only resorting to unscheduled power cuts, but did not bother to supply electricity for this mountain village of Tangmarg Tourist resort..
