Srinagar , May 26 : Rashtriya Jan Kranti J&K State President Mirza Sajad Hussain Beigh today greeted the Muslim community on the start of the holy month of Ramadan.
“Our greeting to the Muslim community as the holy month of Ramadan begins. May this Ramadan month brings peace and happiness in everyone’s lives,” Mirza said in a greeting message.
“May this holy month also enhance the spirit of harmony and togetherness in Jammu and Kashmir,” Ramadan is observed as a fasting period by Muslims, who abstain from food and water from sunrise to sunset.
