IAS qualifiers, mountaineers made J&K proud: Puneet Singh Jamwal

JAMMU: J&K People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Zone President Jammu West, Puneet Singh Jamwal today congratulated young boys and girls of Jammu and Kashmir State who have qualified the prestigious UPSC Civil Services Competition (2016), the results of which were announced recently. He said that these young people having professional degrees didn’t rest and continued to work hard to reach pinnacle by qualifying IAS exams thereby making our state proud.

Puneet Singh Jamwal also congratulated Rahul Jarngal, Sandeep Singh and Nirmal Kumar of Jammu region for summiting the Mount Everest. Nirmal Kumar, hailing from Khellani of Doda district of Jammu province conquered the peak on May 28, 2017 at 8:12 am which is again a matter of pride for all of us, he said adding that these young people have become role models for thousands of our youth who must follow their dreams passionately and bring laurels for the state.

The state and central government, Puneet Singh Jamwal said are both encouraging and extending all possible to the youth which they must exploit. Young boys and girls from Jammu and Kashmir State have excelled in academics, shooting, mountaineering, films and TV, fashion and even in businesses which need to be replicated. There are several young entrepreneurs who have not only established their businesses but also generated employment in all three regions of the state.

Congratulating successful IAS candidates from J&K State and mountaineers the PDP leader hoped that they will serve their respective areas with complete dedication and come up to the expectations of the society. Advocating peace in the entire sub-continent, he said there still were many young boys and girls who have immense potential in all fields. These people have adequate opportunities available to them as well but peace is a must to tap that potential. He also asserted that these young boys and girls who have excelled in their respect fields belong to humble backgrounds, which is again the end result of their consistency and hard work.

Puneet Singh Jamwal said that the party was committed to carry forward unfinished agenda of late chief minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed who always advocated peace and reconciliation. The Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, he added was putting in her best efforts and youth must also come forward in strengthening this movement to build a strong and economically self reliant Jammu and Kashmir. The government is creating massive infrastructure and that’s all aimed at giving young lot opportunities to excel in their respective fields
