DODA: In his ongoing efforts to reach to the common masses of rural areas and provide basic amenities to their doorstep in fair and transparent manner, MLA Doda Shakti Raj Parihar today conducted a visit to remote areas of his constituency .During his visit to far flung areas of Gath and Prem nagar , MLA listened to the grievances and problems of the locals.Responding to the demands at various place relating to adequate supply of safe drinking water and power, widening of roads, the MLA announced funds from Constituency Development Fund for the up-gradation of road connecting various villages .He directed the Executive Engineer to prepare DPRs for various projects in the areas for the benefit of public . Speaking to the gathering in Prem Nagar , Parihar stressed on the development of the area on tourism line as it is the only potential spot of tourism in Doda constituency. “It’s first time in seven decades, the MLA visited thrice in our village after winning the election, in pervious regimes political leaders only visited during the time of elections after that they forget us for next five years,” a villager said
