Army allegedly damages several residential house in Shopian

SRINAGAR : Army personnel on Saturday allegedly damaged several residential houses in a Shopian village in south Kashmir.

Local said that an army patrol party came under stone pelting as its was passing through Narpora village of Shopian district. Locals alleged that soon after few stones were hurled towards the army party by some youth army personnel damaged many residential houses.

“Army damaged several residential houses and parked vehicles by smashing windows and doors,” a local said.

He alleged that army soldiers also smashed windowpanes by pelting stones on residential houses. (PTK)
