JAMMU: Jammu Police have seized illegally running ‘hukka bar’ running in roadside ‘dhabas’ in city outskirts here.
‘’A special exercise was conducted along the National Highway from Narwal to Sidhra last evening in which raids were conducted at different restaurants and dhabas,’’ police sources here today said.
They said that police party in civvies monitored the activities of customers and owners for illegal activities of narcotic, adding, ‘’during raids it was found that some of the roadside dhabas were running ‘Hukka bar’ without permission’’.
The material was seized and some of the persons have also been detained for carrying such activities, they added and said, ‘’matter is being investigated. (UNI)
