SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir police today arrested three burglars and recovered stolen property worth lakhs of rupees from them in central Kashmir district of Budgam.
A Police Spokesperson here today said that one Khursheed Ahmad Beigh on May 21 reported in police station Beerwah that during the intervening night of May 20 and May 21, some unknown burglars broke into his mobile shop at Beerwah Market.
”Beigh reported that 160 mobile phones, 105 chargers, 150 earphones and 100 data cables of various brands, amounting approximately to Rs 4.5 lakh, were stolen from the shop,” he said, adding that a case was registered and investigation was taken up. (UNI)
