RAJOURI: The 2nd phase of orientation cum training programme for pilgrims of Haj-2017 was organized by district administration Rajouri in collaboration with J&K State Haj Committee at Dak Bungalow Rajouri here today.
124 aspiring Hajis participated in the training which was imparted by experts from Haj committee besides resource persons from the district.
ADC, Mumtaz Ali Chowdhary was chief guest on the occasion who congratulated the prospective Hajis and assured them all support from the district administration to make their pilgrimage smooth and hassle free.
During the orientation session, lectures were delivered on Mansik-e-Haj and Ziarat-e-Madina Munawara besides giving other important instructions.
Booklets having Haj related information were also distributed among the Hajis.
