JAMMU: A scooty rider died on the spot, when he was hit by a taxi in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir.
“One taxi this morning on way from Jammu to Srinagar, hit a scooty rider near Mand on Jammu-Srinagar national highway in Udhampur,” police here said.
They said the profusely bleeding rider, identified as Gian Chand, resident of Dansal, died on the spot. (UNI)
