Tiruchirapalli: Three persons were killed and two others seriously injured when a luxury car in which they were travelling collided with a Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) bus at Kodamanaickenpatti junction near Viralimalai on the Tiruchirapalli-Madurai four-lane, here today.
Police said the occupants of the ill-fated car were coming to their native Tiruchirapalli after an excursion to Courtallam water falls in Tirunelveli district.
